I have moved  back to McGregor Western Cape, South Africa from the beach town of Struisbay in 2019
Starting Ceramic Sculpture in 2001 I had my first solo exhibition in 2002  at
​"Temenos Retreat Centre" McGregor.
I have continued to create the meditating figures and  exhibit at Temenos (McGregor)
and Sophia Gallery (the Tibetan Tea House)  in Seaforth, Cape Town.

My therapy background began in 1973  with Therapeutic Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, 
and then in 2004 trained in and  started  practicing  EFT (emotional freedom technique), 
Emotrance (emotional transformation),  Inner-world Journeys and Talk Therapy.
