Stress is the expression of the unconscious mind which has stored the data from all our past experiences.
Stress starts to show up in everyday sensations, emotions, physical pains, cravings and symptoms of all kinds.
Stress is an internal response which you naturally produce, based on our perception of our world.
EFT tapping allows the conscious and subconscious mind to come into alignment and work positively on our behalf, allowing for deep, positive and transformational changes in our life.

We focus on our thoughts and feelings and then use a short and gentle meridian tapping procedure (emotional release acupressure) to direct our subconscious mind to release and let it all go. It is such an amazing process to feel our emotions releasing and watch our memories change for the positive.
It is important to release the negative memories and feelings of the events from our past, in order to make peace with all of them and heal our past, which deeply affects our present situation and our future.
It is helpful to make a list of the old memories and experiences so that we can make peace with them. when we make peace, we feel our life change for the positive.
What is a PROBLEM? Inside of us there is a system that is working perfectly to keep us safe and in alignment with what we believe to be true, based on our experiences, emotions, fears, judgments, beliefs, etc. that are stored in the mind, both conscious and unconscious.
There are no broken people, but there are people who are producing results that are not good for them. in order to have a problem we've got to think and process a certain way, based on the information recorded in our unconscious. it starts at birth. we start creating the great ability to produce whatever it is we manifest.
It is a success. it's not a failure. in order to have a problem, we must successfully do something internally to produce it.
We may not have a memory, but we have thoughts, pictures, movies, sounds, words, smells, tastes, body sensations/feelings and emotions.
that's how we know we have a problem.
